ZPlayer does not share personally identifiable information about the user or the device on which it is installed.

If a user signs up for the DevBox feature, a user image may be uploaded and is associated with a username and location provided by the user. This information is transmitted over secure layers (SSL) to our private server and is used to identify a user with the messages that user posts within the application. This information is not made public outside the context of the ZPlayer application or website.

If a user opts into the "Albumwall" feature, the current track played, the user's device model, and the timestamp of playback are recorded. None of this data is unique to any individual user, and it cannot be used to identify a user of the application.

All information collected by ZPlayer is transmitted over secure layers (SSL) and stored on private, non-public servers. Local device caches used by the ZPlayer application are not private and are not unique to a user.

This Privacy Policy may change over time. Any changes will not broaden the scope of information made public without your explicit consent. Policy changes will be posted on this page, and if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. Prior revisions of this Privacy Policy will be retained and made available.
